At Webber Electronics, our reliability is strong, as is proven through our customers’ Scorecard Programs. These independent evaluations provide a weighted performance calculation based on Quality and Delivery.
How We Are Measured
The Scorecard Program tracks specific data points to ensure operational excellence:
- Quality Yield: This is calculated by taking the total parts received minus any non-conforming part.
- On-Time Delivery (OTD): This measures shipments that arrive within a window of 3 calendar days before the request date and 0 days after.
- On-Time Promised (OTP): This tracks our performance against the most recent delivery date we acknowledged.
- Paperwork Accuracy: This measures the total number of receipts against any incorrect paperwork occurrences.
Performance Accountability
The program maintains strict standards for supply chain health. Any score for OTD, OTP, or Quality that falls below 90% requires a formal Action Plan to improve results for future months.
